2. Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and many international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated by order weight and displayed at checkout. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
3. How long does shipping take?
United States: 2–5 business days (US products) or 5–10 business days (overseas products)
Europe & UK: 7–16 business days depending on country
Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.): 7–16 business days
Other regions (Canada, Australia, Asia): 7–16 business days

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
5. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for US customers only.
You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging.
Some products are final sale and non-returnable (beauty, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, face masks).

6. Can international customers return items?
At this time, returns are only accepted for US orders.
International customers are still fully covered under PayPal Buyer Protection.
7. Are your products authentic?
Yes, all products are sourced from trusted global suppliers. We guarantee authentic, high-quality items only.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you are eligible for a return, you may request a refund and place a new order.
9. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
